This page explains how to delete your TCC Coordinator account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open TCC Coordinator on your Android device.
2. Sign in if you are not already signed in (Google or email/password).
3. On the projects screen, tap the account icon.
4. Tap Delete account….
5. Confirm with Delete everything.

Optional: before deleting, use Export my data (JSON) in the same account menu if you want a local copy of your projects and custom devices.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email dynmep@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and ask to delete your TCC Coordinator account. Include the email you used to sign in. We will process the request and confirm when deletion is complete.

What is deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication account
• Cloud-synced projects (device settings, one-line diagrams, study data)
• Custom devices you created and synced
• The local copy of that data on the device where deletion is confirmed

What is not retained

After account deletion, we do not keep your account or cloud project data for a retention period. Crashlytics crash reports are anonymous diagnostics and are not used to identify you; they are retained only under Google Firebase’s normal diagnostic retention.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual projects in the app without deleting your account. Local-only data can also be removed by deleting projects or uninstalling the app.
